We ship exclusively through UPS, which makes life a lot easier for everyone. Expedited shipping, 2 day and next day are available upon checkout for an additional charge.
We do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase the first time around. If things go awry, please send an email to info@naughtybettyinc.com with the product info and nature of the problem. If you must return, we will send you a RAN (Return Authorization Number), which we require that you write on the outside of the package. We must receive your package with RAN number within 30 days of the ship date, and refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned package. Shipping on returns is non-refundable unless it was our error. After 30 days, we will give you a credit only on returns.
